Fried apples with caramel sauce

This dessert is very unusual and simple at the same time has the potential to become a favorite super hero on your kitchen. Fried apples with caramel sauce, give you enjoy the food, and a boost of energy and vitamins also. It is  a pleasure to cook it.

Apples give you a good portion of the body iron and candies decorate all this yummy. Fried apples can be a great school lunch for children.

Pour vegetable  oil in a pan or fryer. Mix the buttermilk and sugar in a bowl. Peel and cut  apples.

Add apples  to buttermilk  for   darkening prevent.

Pour flour in no deep bowl. Remove apples from buttermilk and slightly place into flour on all sides.

Carefully dip the apples into very heat oil. Turn it when the bottom side became gold . Put apples on paper towel when it’s going to be done.

For the sauce:

Mix cream cheese and whipped cream, blend it, then add caramel sauce, and mix again.

  • For apples:
  • 4 apples (that you like)
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • For the sauce:
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 small container of whipped cream
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
