Probably each of us has at least once in a life faced with a situation when guests are about to come, but nothing seems to be ready. And, then, you remember that the “most important thing”, the dessert, is not ready. So I faced with such a situation. I was cooking meals for a family holiday and when the process of cooking main dishes was nearing completion I suddenly remembered that I have forgotten to cook a dessert (the most important thing for my family, since they all like my desserts, especially kids). Then, I started thinking what I can treat my guests to. Since I had not much time to cook something complicated I decided to improvise… I had to cook something tasty and quick. At the barn I found only chocolate, and coconut milk … Looking at these ingredients, I realized that it would be a CHOCOLATE PUDDING !!!
So to save you from such an unpleasant situation, I share with you the recipe of easy chocolate pudding. It is impressively simple and quick in cooking. It is needless to say how tasty it is. Try it yourself and you’ll see.
Prepare a little pan. Put chopped chocolate and coconut milk in the pan. Cook the mixture on medium-low heat, stirring constantly bring it to a boil.
Once the chocolate has melted in the milk, remove the pan from heat, and pour chocolate mixture into cake pans (you can use cake pans whatever you like).
Refrigerate for 2 hours. That is, two hours and our pudding is ready.

- • 1 glass coconut milk
- • 200g of dark chocolate
- • ⅓ teaspoon vanilla extract according to your taste (I usually use it to make it spicy)
