Mom’s Chocolate Cheesecake

Cheesecake it is one of most popular dessert in Europe. You can cook it by deferent ways. Some of them require real culinary feats, others will not take more than 10 minutes. If you want to eat delicious cake with cream cheese, but you do not have any time, you can cook  Cheesecake  without baking. Cheesecake  without baking usually placed by layers in the deep round form.

The dough for pie with  shortbread using as a basis. For this it is crushed to a state of fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. From above “cake” thoroughly pushing by hands or by  bottom of a glass. Put cheese stuffing from above shortbread  dough. The main ingredient could be regular cheese, Philadelphia cheese. Additional ingredients are the fresh or canned fruit, berries, chocolate, condensed milk, cream, different jams and preserves. Also used for filling gelatin, which gives it the texture of jelly often. If you put a minimum amount of sugar into dessert and high-calorie ingredients can make cheesecake diet. When cake is completely formed, it is placed in the refrigerator for several hours. Decorate dessert with a chocolate, fresh berries, whipped cream or syrup. Then cheesecake immediately ready for eating without ovens and multicookers!

Bases cheesecake: blend cookies  to form crumbs, add the sugar and melted butter, mix everything together. This mixture in small portions lay out  on the bottom of the form.

Stuffing : blend cheese to get soft, add powdered sugar and blend again for 2 minutes, add the sour cream and vanilla, mix again…

Add the melted chocolate and blend 3 to 4 minutes, until the mixture is very soft.

Put cheese stuffing from above shortbread  dough. Cover cake with plastic wrap and put  in the refrigerator until it thicken.

In order to better cutting before  moisten  in very hot water and wipe knife.

  • 7 tablespoons melted butter
  • Cheesecake
  • 3 packs (about 8 ounces each) cream cheese
  • 1 ½ cup cream powder
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 ½ cups of dark chocolate, melted and cooled to room temperature.
