My Little Breakfast Muffins

This muffins could diversify the breakfast for adults and kids also. You can cook it a lot and keep in refrigerator for fast breakfast , lunch or take it to work or to school .  It’s good to heat in microwave (30 sec) or in small oven.  You can mix ingredients depends from you flavor and also from products in you fridge.

And muffins will be different always. This is perfect decision for fast, taste and healthy breakfast.

Heat oven to 350C fan. Cut 4 small circles from pita (approximately 3,5 inch).

Put this circles to grated forms, push it to forms. (Do not worry if it’s looks not perfect).

Mix eggs and sour  cream  in the bowl. Grate cheese and half of it put to eggs and sour  cream  mix. Another half  of grated cheese put aside.

Mix of eggs, sour  cream  and cheese, pour into prepared pita. Add the vegetables. Bake for 10-12mins than take out from oven and sprinkle with cheese.

  • ¼ glass of sour cream
  • ½ glass of grated cheese ( I use Cheddar)
  • cutted vegetables ( I use cutted green onion and tomatoes)
  • 1 big pita
  • Salt and pepper

  5. Bake for 5 mins more or to gold skin.
