Perfect cheesecake bars

I like to cook the light Perfect cheesecake bars several times in a month. This cheesecake recipe belongs to one of my favorite. Every time when I visit my grandma in the village, I see that there is a lot of cheese in the fridge staying there for a long time. It loses its freshness. Most people would throw the cheese away. However, I have the solution and I advise my friends to cook the Perfect cheesecake bars. It is because after milling and adding other ingredients like sugar, salt, honey and vanilla, the cheese has no bad odor and taste.

Thus, after all preparations, we will receive a nice dessert and save the cheese. By the way, don’t forget, that cheese contains a lot of calcium that keeps your teeth healthy. This recipe includes both taste and benefit. It equally suits for big family dinners and having a cup of coffee with friends.

Preheat the oven to 375° F, prepare the baking pan and dust it with flour.Roll out the 1st piece of the puff paste and put to the bottom of the baking pan.

Mix the quark with ½ glass of sugar and add the vanilla. Place this mixture smooth on the puff paste.

Roll out the 2nd piece of the puff paste and put it on the top of the quark, pressing together the edges of the bottom and the upper layers of the puff paste.

Cover the upper puff paste layer with the melted butter and dust it with the 3 tablespoons of sugar.

Bake for 30min (until golden brown). Having taken the cheesecake out of the oven, cut it into slices and place into the fridge for 30min.
